How to Track Your Order

Step 1: Check Your Email

Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email contains:

  • Direct link to track your package

Option C: Check Your Account
If you created an account during checkout:

  4. Select the order you want to track
  5. Click the tracking number to see real-time updates

Frequently Asked Questions

I haven't received my tracking number. What should I do?

Tracking numbers are sent once your order ships, typically within 1-3 business days after you place your order. If it's been longer, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@easychoise.net.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days. Is this normal?

Sometimes tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update, especially during busy periods or when packages are in transit between facilities. If there's no update after 5 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has shipped?

Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. However, you may be able to contact the courier directly using your tracking number to request a delivery change. Contact us and we'll help you with the courier's contact information.

What if my package shows as delivered but I haven't received it?

First, check with neighbors or household members. Sometimes packages are left in safe places or with neighbors. If you still can't locate it within 24 hours, contact us immediately at info@easychoise.net and we'll help resolve the issue.
